Shop with confidence. If a defect in the product is evident, simply fill out a Return Authorization Request to apply for a credit or replacement and to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This RGA number must be placed on the outside of the returned package. A copy of the original Sales Invoice must accompany item returned. Returns up to 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking charge or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Returns after 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 25% restocking charge or $5.00 (whichever is greater). In addition to restocking charges all returns are subject to a processing fee of $9.95. Returns after 60 days from the invoice date are not allowed. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, not be damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee. Used or incomplete returns cannot be accepted. No returns will be accepted on Custom items. |

Purchases made through our website, which include Gift Certificates, can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing the order and is subject to a Cancellation Processing Fee of $9.95. After this time period, if your product is manufactured prior to your cancellation request, your order will also be subject to a restocking charge of 20% or $5.00 (whichever is greater). The reason for the restocking charge is that most of the products that we manufacture are "made to order". Thus, if your order has been manufactured, the likelihood of someone else ordering the exact same product in the color, material or type is remote. Cancellation requests can only be approved on items that are NOT Custom in nature and/or have not shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: As noted in our Garage Sale area, Garage Sale items offered at discount are non-returnable. Make a diligent effort to be sure of what you are ordering. |

Merchandise must be returned at customers expense.
Absolutely no returns on Custom items.
Decal, Graphic and Paint Protection Film products must be unused and in full kit form to be eligible for return.
Liquid products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Credit, if approved, is applicable to the item returned and not any delivery costs incurred. |
