| We always welcome inquiries in regard to our products and the desire to become a distributor of such. |

| Our Distributorship Program is quite simple. To receive a 35% discount on most of the products offered on our site, an initial $500 "Buy-In" of discounted product is required. For those that choose not to place an initial order but can guarantee at least $500 worth of purchases within a period of six (6) months, we will be happy to provide a 25% discount on our products. |

| Active Distributors are listed on the Contact Us pages of our website. Use of images found on our site for promotional needs is encouraged. The only requirement is that all logos and marks remain on such images as shown. |

| A yearly order amount of $500 must be maintained in order to be considered an active distributor and to be listed on autotrimdesign.com. In the event orders have not totaled the minimum amount in a calendar year a mere $39.95 listing fee is all that is asked of our distributors. This assists in maintaining the site so it can effectively drive customers to your door. |

| So, what do we look for when approving a distributor? First, we need to make sure they are a bona fide business. Pinstripers, tint shops, accessory depots, automotive dealers, web stores - they all qualify if they're in the business of serving a consumer base. Next, we review information such as business and customer references, statistical data and pertinent details that play a large part in the approval process. |
